​Stability, replication, deduplication, virtual library & ddboost are valuable but deduplication could be better.

How has it helped my organization?

Could fully automate backup process with 1500 backup clients (machines).

What needs improvement?

Smarter & better deduplication, CLI shell should have more options for managing this product.

4 years.

Yes, but it related to hard disk manufacturer, not product itself.

Before we used EMC VTL, an awful and nasty product from EMC with lots of manual work.

The deduplication rate that you get is totally dependent on the type of data you are backing up. In our environment some of our backups are getting a dedup rate of over 30x (Veeam) some over 90x (Backup Exec) and other data (Oracle DBs) we get only 5 - 8x.
