What is most valuable?
The ease of graphing is a great feature, as it takes the pivot out of pivot tables. This is because once the parameters are set up, the same graphs will continue to be populated based on the new information. Therefore, there is no need to keep creating graphs.
How has it helped my organization?
It automatically informs the leadership team with monthly revenue numbers, and drills down who the customers are that contribute the most.
What needs improvement?
- Creating tables - In the current table feature, all of the line items are just that, line items. Ideally I would like to see tables set up as summaries for each line item category
- Number formats
