Simple to use and does a good job of protecting systems from malware

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for messaging security and sandboxing.

What is most valuable?

The solution's most valuable feature is its simplicity. It's very user-friendly.

What needs improvement?

The reporting aspect of the solution needs improvement.

The solution needs to offer antivirus and antispam features onto the on-premises deployment model.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable. We have about 55,000 users on the solution currently.

How are customer service and technical support?

I've been in contact with technical support and I've been satisfied with the level of service I've received.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. Deployment typically takes 30 minutes on the cloud deployment model. However, the on-premises deployment model takes a bit longer as it requires a physical installation and configuration.

What other advice do I have?

We're partners with FireEye. We generally give support to customers who use the solution and offer both cloud and on-premises deployment models.

Many similar solutions don't normally protect clients from malware, but FireEye does a very good job of protecting systems. That's why I would recommend it as a product.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
