For the time when we have to implement re-certification for special accounts this was the best for our requirements.

What needs improvement?

  1. It would be better to have a PowerShell connector
  2. Documentation can be improved
  3. Performance tuning should be better

I have been working on the project for one year.

From time to time we had a few which got fixed by the vendor.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

No issues encountered.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

A few, but they helped us fix them.

Better.

Technical Support:

We got excellent service.

Yes, and we have been using both.
