We often have voice issues, especially when there are a mix of VOIP and dial-in users. The product technology has steadily improved over the past few years. User defaults and billing settings are not available in the meeting software and subscription details have to managed almost exclusively by phone.

Many issues over time with phone echos and unusable audio.
Generally, the online portion of meetings has been quite stable and doesn't lag.
Very helpful customer service related to billing questions.
I had used WebEx at a previous company and was quite happy. Five years ago WebEx was quite a bit more expensive and as a startup we went with GoToMeeting. Currently evaluating options with higher quality audio.
Be careful with offering toll-free audio as the charges add up quickly.
