We primarily use the solution to assist our customers.

What is most valuable?

The solution is very quick to set up.

What needs improvement?

Integration could be improved. I'd prefer if the solution could integrate with our support and report tools as well as our timesheet reporting.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for two to three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable. We have about 100 users on it currently.

How are customer service and technical support?

Technical support is very good and very fast. We find them to be very knowledgeable.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We also use TeamViewer. We switch between the two solutions depending on the client.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. It only takes a few hours to create your environment and add it to the cloud.

What about the implementation team?

We handled the implementation ourselves.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We pay approximately 2,000 Euros a year for the solution. The licensing is all-inclusive; you don't have to pay for extra add-ons or services.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated Cisco Webex among other solutions.

What other advice do I have?

We use the cloud deployment model.

I'd recommend the solution. I'd rate it nine out of ten.
