Bulk video upload is a must.

We have utilized Grovo for ~6 months.

No, we have not had issues with deployment.

We had a few slight hiccups with stability, but they were minor.

No, we had no issues with scalability.

Customer Service:

I would rate the customer service a 10/10.

Technical Support:

I would rate the technical support an 8/10.

No, we did not use another solution before Grovo.

Initial setup was very straightforward, user friendly, simple to use, clean design.

What was our ROI?

200 actively engaged users, which was our goal.

What other advice do I have?

Establish an internal work flow – will make utilizing Grovo much easier.
