Feature-rich, stable, easy to scale, with good support

What is our primary use case?

This is an enterprise email solution.

What is most valuable?

The version that we are currently using offers many features that were are not using. Rather, we use the basic features.

They offer good support and provide a roadmap.

What needs improvement?

The UI was an area that needed some improvement, and that has been improved with the newest version, but we haven't migrated to it yet.

When you compare with Microsoft Exchange, the UI could be more user-friendly.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using HCL Domino since 2012.

We are using version 9.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This solution is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's easy to scale.

How are customer service and technical support?

HCL technical support is very good.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The price is reasonable compared to the other solutions.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution with tier support.

When we started with IMB in the latter part of the journey, there were some issues with the support. With HCL, we receive good support.

I have not used the newest version yet and don't know what is being offered or what has changed.

I would rate HCL Domino an eight out of ten.
