The most valuable features are that is easy to install and it is user-friendly.

We started to use this product a year ago.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It's a stable solution. We have not experienced any issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's a scalable solution. This is for our clients, but we have five users who are monitoring to see if they need any additional configuration.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is good. They were able to find a solution to our issue.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. It's easy to install.

It took 15 to 30 minutes to complete the installation.

We have a team of two for the deployment of this solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It's an expensive solution. The price could be better. 

Customers pay a license fee yearly.

What other advice do I have?

It's a good product that is user-friendly and easy to manage, and I would recommend it to others.

I would rate HiT Software DBMoto an eight out of ten.
