GUI could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I'm not an end user but I've been implementing it for 6 years.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

No issues with deployment.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

No.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

No issues with scalability.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

Poor.

Technical Support:

From my perspective, IBM gives almost no support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I know Networker, Avamar, BackupExec but I like mostly TSM.

How was the initial setup?

Complex but that's good for me because then I have more work!

What about the implementation team?

I am implementer.

What other advice do I have?

This product is only for good, educated administrators.
