What is most valuable?

It is easy to use with access via CLI and GUI. It also has good stability.

How has it helped my organization?

I am not able to answer this question.

What needs improvement?

Features which could be improved include the search functions and the database size. From what I remember it wasn't very easy to search for specific objects or rules.

One issue I remember dealing with was having to rationalize rules due to running out of space to create new objects.

For how long have I used the solution?

We used the solution for four years, from 2009 to 2013.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We did not encounter any issues with stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We had some scalability issues when object limits were reached so rules had to be rationalized.

How is customer service and technical support?

The technical support was very good on the few occasions I required it.

Which solutions did we use previously?

I am not aware of any previous solutions.

How was the initial setup?

I am unable to answer this as I did not carry out the initial setup.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

As far as I know the pricing and licensing is OK.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I am unable to answer this as I was not involved in the evaluation process.

What other advice do I have?

I don't think this is relevant for a device that is EOL.
