Enables us to see all of the data using the central view

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the central view. With this view, I can see all of the data.

What needs improvement?

I find it to be slow on my end and would like to see that improve. I think the e-learning portal can be updated because it's been disabled due to an upgrade. The data could be updated as well. I also think that pricing could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security since 2018.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We currently have 150 users but have not tried to expand yet.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer service/technical support staff have been responsive. They look for documentation and listen to you as you describe what happened.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

We implemented it in-house, and the deployment took several days.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We have been using a yearly subscription and feel that pricing could be better. Perhaps, discounts could be given, during the renewal process, to those who have been customers for some time.
