I would say that Logi Info is fast and easy to use. I also like their support center. But, from my point of view, it is expensive.

Logi Info works through virtualization to ensure its purpose. It is user friendly, cost-effective with little to no maintenance required, easy to install and configure and excellent customer support services, making it highly reliable and very responsive; this makes it easy to avoid any business losses that might result from failure of the program. This BI tool is perfect for businesses with no technical know-how due to the fact that it is not just easy to use but also simple to understand.

The only downside of this product is its high cost.

Despite these facts, I do have one question to ask. You do not have previous experience working with other BI tools available for use in the market and opted for this specific product, Logi Info, after evaluating other range of BI tools available in the market. So, why did you opt for Logi Info but not QlikView, SSRS, Microsoft's BI products or those by Oracle? What did you find out during your research that helped settle on Logi Info and not any other Business Intelligence tools?
