MailChimp has provided us an online email marketing solution to send newsletters and mailings to our customers.

What needs improvement?

It would be great to be able to create broader segments for campaigns. For example, easily target a newsletter to all our contacts in Latin America.

I've been using it for a year and a half, and we are currently on the Forever Free option.

It was very simple and intuitive. You chose gradually what you needed, and you're guided through the process step by step.

We have an average of 23% opens per marketing campaign.

There is no cost.

It’s very easy, and you can start using it without being an expert in e-marketing.
