It lets us communicate our news faster and in a more engaging way.

What needs improvement?

The editor itself, as it is sometimes a bit complicated to find the features you need. Also, sometimes I find it difficult to work with the system in general (I find it too difficult). However, I think it's more about preference than anything else.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've used it for two years.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

It's very high.

Technical Support:

It's very high. A good example is that they're always keen on helping - I had some problems with the system and they were there with me all the time until the problem was solved. So I can say their customer service is top level.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I use MailChimp from time to time.

How was the initial setup?

It was straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

We implemented it in-house.
