We are using ManageEngine for monitoring and configuration management.

What is most valuable?

This solution is good for configuration management.

The monitoring capability is easy to use and it can be done without any training.

ManageEngine is easy to deploy.

It is easy to identify and collect information from all of the nodes on the network.

The alerting capability is good and it will send out emails.

What needs improvement?

We would like to have support for integration with ServiceDesk.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using ManageEngine IT360 for five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This solution is stable enough that we did not need to contact technical support.

How are customer service and technical support?

We purchased a year of technical support but did not need it.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.
