What needs improvement?

The software is dependent on the operating system of the computer. In some cases, the virus does not get cleaned completely. Regular updates on the status of the virus that may not have been cleaned entirely would help.

I would like to see more emphasis on cybersecurity in the next release.

I have been using McAfee MOVE Antivirus for more than 10 years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is good. They are fast to respond and they have weekend support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used an antivirus software called Symantec, but we switched because it took a while to get customer support feedback.

How was the initial setup?

The software was easy to install and took about 5 to 10 minutes to setup, but the configuration needed to be setup to prevent crashing our system.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The solution is not expensive.

What other advice do I have?

We haven't had any problems with this antivirus software.
