We use Address Object, Phone Object, Name Object, Email Object (current versions) for address verification for package shipping.

How has it helped my organization?

Decreased chance of incorrect shipping addresses and, thus, returned packages.

What is most valuable?

Address/county data lookup
Address correction

What needs improvement?

More/better search tools are needed.
State and local tax data would be nice.

Three to five years.

No issues.

This is our first solution.

Setup was straightforward. Could have more API examples for different languages.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Depends on situation. We prefer to have data onsite, but some might prefer web access.

Google, USPS, SmartyStreets.

What other advice do I have?

Search all options and decide which is the best fit.
