Did not use it, as it was enterprise provided.

Technical Support:

We have an internal technical team.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used RTM, and we switched because ALM is better than IBM RTM tool.

How was the initial setup?

Our internal technical team did it, but It was not tough though.

What about the implementation team?

In-house implementation.

What was our ROI?

Good.

What other advice do I have?

Good product.
