What is most valuable?

Ease of use! Vibe is extremely easy to train users on so they can get to collaborating quickly and efficiently.

How has it helped my organization?

We were able to centralize all customer data: files, discussions and technical notes.

What needs improvement?

The following issues need some attention:

  • better integration with MS Office suite
  • more flexibility in customizing the colors and themes
  • custom forms and workflows are powerful, but the interface needs revamping to be easier to work with.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using the solution for eight years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We did not encounter any issues with stability. Very stable!

We did not encounter any issues with scalability. Very scalable.

How is customer service and technical support?

Technical support is good. There are a couple of good first line support techs, but with great escalation engineers in the back.

We did not use a previous solution.

Setup was straightforward and well documented.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Simple per-user licensing, pricing is fair for the value that the product brings.

What other advice do I have?

Initial installation and configuration is fairly easy. What happens next is the "what now?" syndrome.

Get some help on training users, finding use cases and encouraging adoption.
