I am using it to write documents and do other things.

What is most valuable?

It is stable and easy to use.

What needs improvement?

It should support the local language. It should also be cheaper.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable.

How are customer service and technical support?

It is easy to use. We don't need any support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Sometimes, we use a local product from the Chinese market, which is similar to this solution. It has document editing or spreadsheet editing tools.

How was the initial setup?

It is easy to install.

What about the implementation team?

Our IT team installed it. We have seven or eight engineers in our IT team.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It is expensive. It should be cheaper, especially for companies and businesses. Licensing is on a yearly basis.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution. I plan to keep using this solution. 

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
