What is our primary use case?

We use this solution in our organization for Office and email.

What is most valuable?

It's fast.

It's in the Cloud, we don't have to manage it on-premises.

It's very good, easier for us, and for our company also.

What needs improvement?

Other than the price, I have not had any issues with this solution.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the latest version of Microsoft 365 Business for a year and a half.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It's a stable product. I haven't experienced any issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's scalable. We have 5,200 users in our organization.

How are customer service and technical support?

I have not contacted technical support. We haven't needed to.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before Microsft 365 Business, we used Office 365.

How was the initial setup?

I was not a part of the installation.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

As a customer, I would like the licensing fees should be cheaper.

What other advice do I have?

We have plans to continue using this solution.

We are selling this product in another department, and I would recommend it to others who are interested in using it.

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
