A stable and scalable office solution with a useful collaboration feature


What is our primary use case?

We use it to collaborate on documents and for modification.

What is most valuable?

I like that you can tag somebody and add some comments to make the modifications. You can share it with people. You can actually keep track of changes and engage in real-time collaboration. You can actually make those documents track changes. 

What needs improvement?

It would be better if they offered more integrations to integrate with other platforms. It should also allow the content to be accessed over the LTI.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for about two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Microsoft 365 Business is a stable solution.

Technical support is good.

The initial setup was easy.

We pay annually for the license.

I would recommend this solution to new users.
