What is our primary use case?

We use it for documents and PowerPoint presentations. We are most probably using its latest version.

What is most valuable?

We can access it from anywhere. We can access it from home, the office, or any other place. It is a simple and the right product for the current COVID situation.

What needs improvement?

Some of the functionalities available in the desktop version are not available on the cloud.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for two years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have around 1,000 people.

How are customer service and technical support?

It is a good product, so we don't need anything from the support team.

How was the initial setup?

It was easy. We did not do anything. It was already available on the cloud as a part of the Microsoft platform. There is no need to implement it.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Given the current COVID situation, I am quite happy that we use this product. With a cheaper solution, we might end up needing support.

What other advice do I have?

It is quite a good product. Technically, we are happy with this product.

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of 10.
