I've been using it for one year alongside Rapid7.

There were some incompatibility issues after a Windows update where the NTO consumed all the available RAM.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's proved to be a fairly stable product.
How are customer service and technical support?
It's fair, although more in-depth usage case studies and documentation are offered for a purchased licence.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did have previous solution, but changed because of a new company policy.
What about the implementation team?
It was implemented in-house.
What other advice do I have?
Perform lots of scans using a testing environment that is fairly closed to the production environment for meaningful results.
