We've been using the solution for about 2-3 months.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

I would give it a 9. It's Fantastic.

Technical Support:

I've never had to use it.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used an earlier version of Optiview and we switched as an upgrade to the solution.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward and simple.

What about the implementation team?

It was implemented through a vendor team who were excellent. I would give them a 9/10.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I have no advice as licensing and purchase were not an issue for us.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We didn't evaluate any other solutions.

What other advice do I have?

You can't go wrong with it!
