What is most valuable?

The basic collecting of all of the data, and being able to report off of it.

How has it helped my organization?

Many efficiencies.

What needs improvement?

It needs a better user interface; the forms and HTML split would be better if they were consistent.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We haven't had any issues in the last eight years at least.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It has scaled well for our needs.

How is customer service and technical support?

We're happy with the timeliness and the resolution, after we open a ticket.

What other advice do I have?

Take the time to understand your business, your processes, and the application before you implement. I would also recommend taking some training.
