Oracle HSM Review

Reliable with good technology and reporting, but the user-experience could be better


What is our primary use case?

We use it as software for business use cases.

We create accounts, collect the data from people in the company, and use it and analyze it.

We also use it to create reports.

What is most valuable?

It's quite reliable.

The reports that we can create are good.

The technology is quite good, and it's useful for my business, even though it's old.

What needs improvement?

The user-experience could be better. As an example, there is no hyperlink. 

It's quite good once you get used to it. You can use it without any problem, but it could be better. 

For a new beginner, it should be easier.

I would like to see some automation included to avoid some tasks.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It's a stable product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's a scalable solution, we use it in all of our companies. We have approximately 200 users.

At this time we have no plans to increase our usage.

How are customer service and technical support?

We have internal technical support and we also outsource at times.

We are satisfied with Oracle's support.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward.

It is very easy for us, as we implement many of these installations in our company.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Oracle HSM Cloud a seven out of ten.
