It enables the quick creation of email templates, and also tracks valuable metrics.

The drag and drop templates are great, but sometimes they cause HTML errors that require diagnosing the problem within individual lines of code.

Customer Service:

It's high. They always respond to my questions in a timely manner.

Technical Support:

I've never had to use it.

I hadn't used another solution previously, and Pinpointe was already in place when I joined my current employer.

How was the initial setup?

It is straightforward as you just need to import new contacts.

It was implemented in house.

It's hard to define exactly, but it has directly led to thousands of dollars in business.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I don't know the original setup costs, but we spend about $500 per month.

Make sure you know at least a little HTML code.
