Have been able to help me determine when to use the operator assisted service and even demo-ed this experience for me in order to make more informed decision.Technical Support: Tech guys have always been very quick to respond and provide great level of follow-up after an issue is resolved.

WebEx - cost - ReadyTalk is cheaper and provides all the features we wanted
