ReadyTalk is a great tool for remote workers. It is easy to set up an audio or web conference at a moments notice. I love that ReadyTalk is always innovating. New features are being tested and released frequently.

Customer Service is the best. It is so easy to get an answer to a question when I need it. Customer Service is real people. I never feel lost trying to find a contact number or email address. They want to be helpful. That is different than many other companies.
I don't know the size of the company but they act like a small company. It's easy to get help when needed. Technical Support
