Has improved the PTO tracking process
Many bugs in the gen2 platform are not fixed, yet they still have clients on this platform. The upgrade process to the new platform should be more seamless, but this may only apply to clients on older implementations.
I've used it for one year.
Trying to upgrade to the gen 3 platform has been poorly supported. Their consultant assigned to us has very poor communication and seems to work from India for US hours.
There have been no issues with the stability.
There have been no issues scaling it.
We had quite a bit of difficulty getting the upgrade completed in a timely manner and this caused internal issues for users. The sales person was helpful but the execution of the upgrade was delayed many times and ended up being completed two weeks after the licenses were changed.
Excel and email. New parent company used Replicon.
Vendor provided consultant who was very knowledgeable about the solution.
The solution was selected by the company that acquired our company.
