The solution is field upgradable. I bought it on sale, then it kicked in 500 MHz bandwidth improvement. That's what was available.

We are using the full bandwidth.

I have never needed the technical support.

We bought this solution for because we needed higher bandwidth and more channels.

For the 4-channel big display, you have to upgrade to 500 MHz.

There is not really a learning curve.
The user interface is normal. It is not the old-school style. So, it's easy to use based on the fact that I've used other relatively new scopes.
We are sometimes using the product to support connect devices for IoT development.
