Tivoli Storage Manager Administration Console has the ability to easily sort columns of information, then by using auto filter quickly narrow things down to find or modify exactly what I am interested in.

It has allowed one person to do the work that several did before, sometimes even remotely or from home.
For how long have I used the solution?
Over four years.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
A few glitches, but support got us through them easily.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
No, it has been an extremely stable installation.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
No, we just recently upgraded our TSM (Spectrum Protect) installation and Servergraph picked it up right away.
How are customer service and technical support?
Customer Service:
Probably a nine out of 10.
Technical Support:Excellent.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Just the Administration Center or Operations Center interface, which was rather cumbersome.
How was the initial setup?
Getting the Linux server set up was initially challenging, but support was very good.
What about the implementation team?
In-house with phone support from Servergraph.
What was our ROI?
Have not actually calculated that yet.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It has been a very good value for us.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We did look at other vendors, but it was several years ago.
What other advice do I have?
Very good product with very good support.
