Improvements to My Organization

SAP ERP has created a paperless environment for us. We used to have an electronic system but at some stage it was required to be recorded manually on paper. Also there were some other issues, for the maintenance approval, a hard copy was required but now these sort of approvals are through the system.

Room for Improvement

Every activity creates its own unique Document Number even in the same line of action. For example, if it issues some materials using activity code 201, and then a reversal using code 202 our reference # should be the same, with the same line number. In the backend, a separate document number can be created.

Also PR should be the reference number from creation until the materials are received by the common users.
