How has it helped my organization?

It was difficult for us to test our automation cases of real hardware along with a big combination of OS versions and different screen sizes. Sauce Labs has helped us a lot in resolving these issues.

What needs improvement?

More structured reporting.

Customer Service:

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Yes. We were using BrowserStack. We switched because Sauce Labs is more user friendly.

How was the initial setup?

Very straightforward. You just need username and access key to launch your automation test.

What about the implementation team?

In-house. It's very easy for any non-technical user to follow the descriptive documentation.

What was our ROI?


What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It could be less. I would like to see pay per use with a lower rate.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Nope. Cause it was a straightforward choice for us.
