How is customer service and technical support?

Good.

Which solutions did we use previously?

I have used HPE Quality Center, HPE ALM, JIRA, and Rally. They are much better tools than Silk. When I move clients, I have to use the tool they currently use, so I just learn them all.

How was the initial setup?

I am not sure, I didn’t set it up. It was set up in 1999 and I was not a part of my current organization.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I have heard it is not an expensive tool. However, I am not the one who bought it.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Not applicable to me.

What other advice do I have?

Check for other tools in market. There are other better options available in market.
