The most valuable features of SkillPort were the reporting and admin functions.

How has it helped my organization?

We utilized the customized Knowledge Centers a lot for our specific role needs.

It would have been nice to have some more up to date content.

For how long have I used the solution?

My previous company has used this product for nine and a half years, and are still using it.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

None that I recall.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

None that I recall which was nice considering the large size of our company that was using it, approximately 85,000 employees.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

None that I recall.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

Their level of customer service was very good. Whenever we encountered issues they were very prompt and professional in their response.

Technical Support:

Very high.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used web or Lotus Notes LMS versions and we switched so the company could use more robust one stop LMS.

How was the initial setup?

If I recall correctly, the setup was pretty straightforward.
