Some features and plugins can be pretty obscure or difficult to deploy.

It came pre-installed but also has a nice web interface. We did have difficulty deploying some features and plugins.

We have had no issues with stability.

We have had no issues with scalability.

It came pre-installed, so we did not need to do any setup on our part.
What about the implementation team?
Neither, as it came pre-installed.

The most valuable feature is the screen sharing, which works well.

Slack makes it easy for employees to contact each other and exchange documents or information.
The most valuable feature for me was the different channels.
With respect to being a clean and efficient communications platform, I think that it does the job quite well.
