Good cloud workload monitoring capability, but there should be a mobile version of the application

We use this product for network and server management. We were looking for something that can monitor the cloud workloads.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the cloud workload monitoring capability.

What needs improvement?

There is no mobile version of this product, and our team should be able to access it using a mobile device.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using the SolarWinds Network Device Monitor for almost four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This product has been quite stable and we are very likely to continue using it in the future.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution and we have about 70 people in the organization who use it.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is okay and I don't think that we've any a bad experience.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward. It took between three and four months to complete the deployment.

What about the implementation team?

Our in-house team implemented and deployed it. We have a three-member team and they are administrators.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

There are licensing fees but the price is not very expensive.

What other advice do I have?

This is a product that I can recommend.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
