We are a Managed Service Provider and we recommend solutions to our clients. SolarWinds Pingdom is one of the security-related products that we have experience with.
The primary use case is to monitor our deployed endpoints. We also use it to test the response times of applications.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features are monitoring and reporting.
What needs improvement?
The creators of our applications do not necessarily agree with the information that Pingdom reports.
Technical support could use some improvement.

I have been using SolarWinds Pingdom for about six months with this company.

My advice to anybody who is considering Pingdom is that this is a good product at an affordable price.
