Customer Service: The assistance we’ve received from our first contact to date has been remarkable - markedly higher than elsewhere. Their team have really gone the extra mile for us in all areas of deployment, including making recommendations for other areas of our virtualisation infrastructure. Everyone in their team seems to be committed to providing great customer service. Technical Support: StorPool’s technical team has been incredible from day one. They always go out of their way to provide fantastic support, and frequently step outside of what would be their 'official' remit to provide advice and insight into how we can improve other areas of our infrastructure to make the most of their solution. Their team are highly competent, and we consider them partners who truly want the best for us.
