What is most valuable?

  • No configuration required; it starts quickly and is easy to use.
  • High security.
  • International (more than 30 languages).
  • Multi-platform (PC, mobile phones, etc.).

How has it helped my organization?

Users can be easily supported remotely.

What needs improvement?

It would be nice to see TeamViewer load screens faster.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used this product since 2009.

How are customer service and technical support?

I would rate technical support as 8/10.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I’m using two solutions due to company policies.

How was the initial setup?

The initial configuration is very simple. There is no need to be computer literate to do it.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated RemotePC, Windows Remote Desktop and Microsoft Lync.

What other advice do I have?

Go ahead, it’s the best of all the remote access software products.
