Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

For source control, I've used SVN Tortoise before. TFS is more useful, organized and user-friendly.

How was the initial setup?

Straightforward. Usually no issues being encountered when setting up.

What about the implementation team?

We used a vendor team from Microsoft.
