Software As A Service, Image Update, Security Settings

The organization can swiftly add move, change and deploy software.

What needs improvement?

Speed on video, better VOIP, Anti-virus agent overhead and VDI Layering

Not really; Followed best practices and did a pilot program before deployment

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Yes; Mostly minor Microsoft issues

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Yes; Software license model changes

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

Good. Ready for Prime Time.

Technical Support:

Very Good

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

No, just tested different solutions before deployment

How was the initial setup?

Some of the software applications were complex in the licensing model.

What about the implementation team?

Both. The vendor was excellent.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The Capex is 351k. The Opex is 175k

Used layering technology fundamentally

Different skill set needed to manage and deploy.
