What is our primary use case?

We use Visio for describing processes, port authorities, requests, exchange of documents, and authorizations. The main use is for business processes and descriptions.

What is most valuable?

It is easy to use.

What needs improvement?

The user interface could be simplified and easier to use.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Visio for a couple of years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It's a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

This is an area that we did not explore as it was not necessary for us to scale. It was not a requirement.

We had 10 customers using this solution.

We don't have plans to increase our usage. I am with a different company.

How are customer service and technical support?

Technical support was fine. I did not have any issues with the technical support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before Visio, we used Bizagi.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward. It was easy to install.

What about the implementation team?

We implemented this solution ourselves. We did not use an integrator.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.

I would rate Visio an eight out of ten.
