Easy to use, secure, scales well, and has good support

What is our primary use case?

We deploy this solution for our customers and understand the customer's requirements.

What is most valuable?

When compared with other products, Webroot DNS Protection is the best to secure the end users. It is easy to protect systems and it is easy to lock down web activity.

What needs improvement?

Reporting is not done in real-time. Rather, it is done in 15-minute intervales. This is something that should be configurable by the admin.

Essentially, it would be helpful to have more real-time reporting.
