It’s a very easy product to use but emails were going to spam a lot despite us making various changes.

The ability to track both the number of people who open the email and the click rates.

It has given us a way to promote events and webinars to our customer base, and then see the level of interest.

The emails were going to spam a lot despite us making various changes, and it appeared to be more because it was being sent from Zoho then anything else.

It was straightforward as we use Zoho CRM so it connected to that to pull the recipient details.

What other advice do I have?

It’s a very easy product to use, you do not need to be tech savvy or a whizz at email marketing.
