The solution's AI technology is genius. 

The solution has its own research and development center that is doing great work. 

The OCR accuracy is high. Vantage is flexible and customizable. It's a low-code/no-code tool, so you don't need to get into detailed coding. You can just use AI to accomplish medium-complex tasks. ABBYY can process complex documents and supports around 230-250 languages. It's critical that ABBYY can recognize and correctly classify most documents. If it can't, that would just add to the manual work. 

The pre-trained AI models do a great job on invoices because the models are trained on a larger pool of documents, so they perform well with any new invoice we ingest. Tax forms and other templates don't work as well because they are newer models. However, as they process more samples and train the models, it will likely improve over time. AI is a relatively new offering, and it does a decent job.

The accuracy can vary depending on the quality and type of documents. If you have a good model and a high-quality document, you can process most of them end-to-end without human intervention. The rate is about 75 percent for our invoices.

I like the modeling features. We can train the tool to extract the document. The processing is good. It is very easy to train a document. We like the manual review flow and the ability to embed it into our application.

I could do whatever I needed to do with the product. The main thing I like is the ease of use. I like that we can deploy it to train different documents for different languages and create and consume data catalogs. We can quickly integrate the catalogs with proper documentation.

Regarding features, the pre-trained models in ABBYY Vantage are extremely useful. They are capable of detecting a majority of the fields that we need.

ABBYY Vantage is easy to use and allows us to run through documents and extract information.

It's worth noting that ABBYY Vantage employs both AI and machine learning techniques. Additionally, integrating with ABBYY Vantage is easy, with LinkedIn options available for use through the platform's built-in activities.

The solution has its own language that can be configured many ways and with higher accuracy than other products.

It's easy to use.

We like the fact that this solution is enterprise-ready, so it can be deployed on-premises, scale it, etc.

Verification Station is valuable. If the confidence level is lower than what we set, we can view it in Verification Station and correct it if there are any issues. For example, if the confidence value is 90%, and the confidence level of the extracted content is below 90, the documents will be pushed to Verification Station. We can check whether the document has been extracted correctly. If the values do not match, we can correct them.

Its ease of use is valuable. It is easy to use and configure.

Its ICR is really good at handwriting recognition. The last version of ABBYY FlexiCapture that I used was better than other tools such as Captiva and Kofax. The base OCR engine of ABBYY is also very good. In fact, Kofax was using ABBYY's OCR engine in the last version, but they came up with their own engine.

One good thing about ABBYY is the training. All the training courses are available in ABBYY University. They were not free initially. They were instructor-led, but now, ABBYY has made them open for everyone to learn, whereas with Kofax, you have to purchase training courses, and then you can learn. With ABBYY, everything is there in their knowledge base.

Clearly the OCR capability of ABBYY is the top feature in our context. We can rely on the ABBYY knowledge and experience to extract data and recognize texts in different situations and especially in different languages, particularly English and Chinese. 

The whole idea of designing your own templates is pretty much the bread and butter of the product, but that's really the best part because you can design flexible templates.

There is also the AI part. They have their machine learning models that are pre-setup for invoices and things like that, which is also very handy. It is a really good feature.

It would be during the data extraction process. The ability to extract and insert data, then structuralize it into the actionable format, would be the most valuable.

There are a lot of options in ABBYY FlexiCapture, and it is very vast. I have worked with multiple OCR tools, and I found ABBYY FlexiCapture to be the most accurate tool.

The key-value pair and relation were most valuable. Because the invoices were coming from different vendors, it was possible that they would come in different formats. The idea was to capture data from all formats. There were key-value pairs and nearest to the X coordinate or Y coordinate, and with a lot of hits and trials, I was able to get the exact fields configured for every invoice. 

The advantage of the solution is being able to identify and extract the element you need from a document. The template can be customized for this. We can create our own rules to validate some values before exporting the results. 

ABBYY Vantage's most valuable feature is auto-learning.

The UI is user-friendly and ABBYY Vantage supports over 100 languages.

The most valuable feature of ABBYY FlexiCapture is the accuracy of the general extractions.

Verification station is a really good feature. It allows part-owners to be able to take a look at what comes out of the tool after a document, such as an invoice, is run through ABBYY. It also allows them to update it if there are any mistakes. So, it kind of gives them a little more control over what goes through the system and lessens the errors.

There are many others to compare with such as Google and Microsoft, but we haven't seen any specific distinction that stood out with Abbyy.

They were the most used, which is the reason we chose them.

Abbyy is really good in terms of reading OCR.

As my company operates in the Middle East, it is important for us to have a solution that accepts Arabic characters from documents. The most valuable feature of the solution is the extraction of data from passports and national IDs, a task that is generally difficult for most of the OCR engines to check data from such documents.

The most valuable feature of ABBYY Vantage is flexibility. You are able to edit at a granular level providing good control over the process. Additionally, the brochures and guides were helpful in learning the solution.

The most valuable feature of ABBYY FlexiCapture is the ability to create your own template on the fly. You can train and classify, you can work with those different templates without the need to do special programming for it or with minimum programming. Additionally, the solution is supporting the Arabic OCR, both of these combined features are the most important for us in the Egyptian market.

The fact that IBM Datacap uses ABBYY's core engine for OCR, is quite useful for us. It makes them one of the key players as far as OCR extraction is concerned. 

The fact that they've packaged it very well in the sense that you have these field extraction batches which enable you to auto claim the documents, and you have these templates which are structurally laid out, which enables you to mark a specific zone from which data can be extracted. 

It saves us a lot of manual work.

The automation on offer is good.

Technical support, for the most part, is helpful.

I have worked on many different OCR extraction tools, like document understanding, which uses ML technology. Compared to other tools, ABBYY Vantage is better because it's very user-friendly. It has a wide variety where we can manipulate or code the document as per our specifications, like OCR or many more specifications.

I like the flexibility of the layout. For example, for the documents that we're using, this is the main feature that is very useful and makes it flexible for extraction.

I think the machine learning capability of ABBYY is pretty good. You can create your small frame model and then the software works well, applying that training to extract the data out of other invoices.

The form extractions engine and the FlexiCapture designer are really useful.

The solution is easy to set up.

We have found the solution to be stable so far. 

The product is extremely scalable. 

We are able to extract details from a PDF and put them into a CSV. It is able to extract the details that we are looking for. We have the Machine Learning feature to extract the data with respect to the position of the field.

It's easy to use.

While using ABBYY FlexiCapture we did not use the generic models that they do have for invoice and purchase orders. For one of the use-cases, the document was exactly the purchase order, but we are not using that generic model. We are creating the model from Scratch. However, if I was to compare ABBYY FlexiCapture with other IA tools, the machine learning and how the extraction is done is far better than competitors. This allows a lot less effort for the development.

The advantage of this tool is that it is a proven product. A lot of other products are quite new in the market.

The OTR (Optical Text Recognition) is the most valuable feature of this solution. 

The advantage for ABBYY Vantage is in the visual tools to parameterize and set documents. Those are the stronger features.

The solution responds well to automatic document classifications with a 90% success rate. 

The most valuable feature of this solution is its ability to extract content from documents. It is able to identify specific fields and special characters. We are able to train the tool to identify certain sets of fields based on specific definitions. This solution is also user-friendly. 

I like that it has the capability of processing a high volume of documents with great accuracy, and also the possibility of creating layers with APIs and robotic process automation. We can use these layers to connect and create an automation for the data that are available from the paper source or document source.

The most valuable features have been the rate of recognition and the structured documents.

This product makes intelligent automatic documentation predictions, and for our use case and what we are targeting, the accuracy is 90%.

The most valuable feature is the accuracy of document extraction. If you compare it to other applications, such as IQ Bot, or products on AWS, FlexiCapture is much better.

The most valuable feature is the ability to scale for big processes. We are able to process 1 million pages a day. Its accuracy is also very nice. It is a good feature that they have. 

It is an independent platform, which is its biggest advantage as compared to other solutions. It is also very stable and powerful. It is 100% on time.

The OCR is the best on the market. Even if you go for an open-source solution, it will never be as good as recognizing imagines as ABBYY. The is the main reason that we chose this product.

Its OCR Engine is very successful, and it is the leading OCR Engine. It also has NLP support. 

In FlexiLayout Studio, you can create your own variables. It works great for semi-structured documents.

It is flexible and easy to deploy into any environment, be it on-premises or in the cloud.

The handwriting recognition is very good, as it can recognize handwriting done with pen and paper with at least 70% accuracy.

The interface is very easy for a non-technical person to use. For example, the fields that have been correctly identified are color-coded green, whereas the exceptions are color-coded red. 

The most valuable feature is the ability to capture data from documents with different formats.

IT team don't need to maintain multiple systems.

It's a very useful and user-friendly product.
