I process some fairly large files. In terms of its users, currently, I am the only one using this solution.

I would rate the scalability of the product as a ten out of ten. It depends on the number of users you have. If you have more users, it can be scaled to accommodate them. Conversely, if you have fewer users, it can be adjusted accordingly to handle fewer users. We have eight users of the solution in our company. 

I am the single user of the product in my company.
